Can I export leads to CSV?

Yes — bulk-select rows, click Export. CSV includes name, email, phone, source URL, conversation timestamp, status, notes.

Can I get SMS notifications instead of email?

Not yet — SMS notifications are on the roadmap. Workaround: use a service like SimpleTexting that monitors email and SMS-forwards.

Can the bot follow up automatically?

Re-engagement automation is on the roadmap. Today: the bot collects contact info; you (or your team) follow up. Re-engage alerts surface stale leads in the UI.

Multi-user team accounts?

On the roadmap. Today: one login per agent. Workaround: route lead notifications to a shared inbox (Slack, Teams) where the whole team sees them.

What CRMs does it integrate with?

Direct integration: not yet. Workaround: Zapier with the email notifications (most CRMs accept lead-via-email). Or generic webhook to your CRM's inbound endpoint.

Per-bot lead routing if I run multiple bots?

Yes — if you have the multi-bot tier, each bot's leads can route to a different email + webhook. Site A's leads to alice@you.com, site B's leads to bob@you.com.

How long are conversations kept?

Indefinitely on the platform side. Export to CSV when you need a snapshot. Customer-side delete is on the roadmap.
