Sales mode only — per-domain bots are designed for lead-capture funnels. If you need full multi-mode per customer (Sales + Support + Training + Order Taking), that's a future 'Independent Bots' tier.
No — chat traffic uses the platform's free chat key by default. Your BYOK key is used only at wizard time (the initial AI crawl).
Remove the domain from Reach → Domains. The per-site config stays in our DB but is no longer accessible since chat is gated by whitelist.
Site too large or too slow. Try a more specific URL (a landing page, not the full root) or point at a particular subdirectory.
